A bit of Unpicking and....A SOLUTION!!!!!

I absolutely loathe unpicking but once
 I got stuck into this it didn't seen to take so long.....
 My "Santas Boots" block now has new outer borders....

 I am now much happier with the finished result.....
Now for some backing.....

    Hate having to rip stuff out once sewn... but it's a necessary evil worth it for peace of mind.

    The new boots border really makes a difference. A bit of unpicking is worth the extra enjoyment you get out of the project.

    I find unpicking a pain too and sometimes after I do it I thought 'that didn't take too long'...and it is worth doing...Looks great!!!

    it must have been part of the TTS pattern as i had to do unpicking as well....i had been putting my borders on as i went and then when i layed it out one of the fabrics just screamed...i don't fit so that had to come out and then some had to be changed so same fabrics didn't meet up.....my girls say i am a perfectionist....i think they are right....lol
