I was trimming the white borders on my Hexagon quilt
and as I got to each corner I used the rulers'
corner to get a nice square edge....
As I rounded my fourth corner I realised I had made
a terrible mistake and had cut it 4 inches from
the inner Hexi and not the outer Hexi.....
Oh dear what have I done!!!!!
Not Happy and that is all I have to say.....

Oh no, it is still lovely. Do you know what you are going to do?
OOps! Can you do another border to widen it...it is awful when something like that happens!
CRAP@#!#@!$
deep breath Kate, you will sort it out and come out trumphs and it will look fantastic
Oh no - i hate it when that happens. Stay calm, you'll come up with something and it will still be a beautiful quilt (we won't tell anyone about the mishap with the border!)
Ouch ! there's not much more to say than what you probably did at the time...something will spring to mind...maybe put it aside and get it out again later
Oh Dear! Good luck working that one out! Seems like something I would do. xoxo
Oh ! Noooooooooooooo !!!
I'm sure you will find a solution !!!

Your quilt is totally gorgeous and nothing will spoil it. The border faux pas is just a minor hiccup. You have the tools...you have the skills... Go Girl!
bugger
you could cut the rest the same size and add a coloured border to frame it . . .
