I still haven't cut the binding for my Hexi Quilt...
Just not enough hours in the day at the moment!!!!
And then there is SKOW to finish and
so much more work to do on My Town....
Just not happening for me at the moment.....
Until next time, Happy Stitching...

it will come Kate, relax and smell the roses for a bit, enjoy your day my friend.xx
Kate I am familiar with that feeling of frustration about not having the time you want for stitching, but don't you worry, you quilts & binding will sit quietly & patiently for you until you can spend time with them... sending you a Big Smile... x
There is nothing more frustrating than when life gets in the way of stitching! You just have to go with the flow and wait for things to calm down. Been catching up with all the eye candy on your last few posts... absolutely gorgeous. Love the quilting on your Hexie's it's so fitting.
I know how you feel Kate but just think the holidays will be here soon. I just love your hexi quilt. xxx
That's the good thing about our stitching it will wait for us. It is a define quilt.
Ive hardly done any stitching too, except my hexi quilt, sewing the last 4 together and then Im up to the borders woohoo!
I am sure you will find some time soon. I love you Hexie Quit - it looks amazing!
I hear you Kate :) hope you get some sewing time this weekend !!
Beautiful quilt. Love the quilting on it.
Your Quilt with flowers is so fantastic. Great job.
Liebe Grüße Grit
Love the quilting :))
I totally agree with there being "not enough hours in the day". I started two new part-time college teaching jobs and a part-time university course in August, and I've got no time any more. the course and the two jobs only add up to about 30 hours per week, but travelling to and from each of three locations and the prep and other work for each means that the rest of my life seems to have been put on hold.
I used to be able to sew (and blog on my sewing blog) a couple of times a week, but there's been a gap of months in my blog and no sewing at all either as I explain in my latest blog post (http://handmadebyclairebear.com/2012/10/26/almost-no-sewing-at-all/).
I love teaching and I've been trying to get on this course for years, but...
