Chutney was the flavour of the day....

Hi all, I hope your weekend was nice....

They are never long enough for me sadly....

Sunday saw me cooking up some goodies to replenish my

shelf and prepare for an upcoming Market I will be attending

this Saturday, I turned this pot of ingredients into.....

Rhubarb Chutney....

And this pretty coloured pot full into.....

Yummy Warm sticky jars of Orange Chutney....

I also cooked up a batch of Apricot Chutney.....

So the Chutneys are sorted and the Jams will be tonight!!!!

What I really want to do is play with these little charm squares....

I am going to sew them all together and make a table topper

 for my square kitchen table, the fabrics are much nicer than

 the picture shows. I had them spread out on the floor at

stitching group last Wednesday night working out a

pleasing layout but for this week they will have to wait

 because there is cooking to be done!!!

No rest for the wicked!
